The Engineering Department at the Nan Ya Plastics Corporation has over forty years of experience in design and manufacturing. We offer total product solutions to meet the demands of our customers in Nan Ya, FPG, and many other companies. We provide customers with the best production tools such as spin pack, spin pack unit, conjugate pack for fabric spin and weave use. All of these products also meet the needs of textile and chemical fiber mills. In addition, the parts can be manufactured with reverse engineering technics to meet the needs of our customers’ special production applications.

Products Features:

1.The spin pack、spin pack unit and conjugate pack are made of anti-corrosion and wear-resisting steel to

extend their life.

2.We use an integral high-end CNC machine with tool sharpening and a path setting function. Our machine is

fully capable of running machining simulation software in its computer system. All dimensions will be

automatically checked and off-set compensated with our system module after the milling process to ensure

that the final dimensions match the original design. The quality and delivery can meet the demands of our

customers.

3.The spin pack machining with high speed CNC M/C will have excellent accurate pitch of hole. It can reach

perfect roughness Ra0.2μM on the surface of each hole and needs no more polish.
