The Engineering Department at the Nan Ya Plastics Corporation has over forty years of experience in mold design and manufacturing. We offer total product solutions to meet the demands of our customers in Nan Ya, FPG, and many other companies. We provide customers with the best production tools such as injection mold for electrical parts、architectural material、convey & storage used, pipe fitting mold for water supply or drainage, pallet mold,∮3/8~∮48″PVC & ∮16~∮630mmPE pipe mold,310~1200mm Q-box mold,180~630mm wall-panel die,1~20mmtX3’~4′ T-die and profile die etc. All of these products also meet the needs of electrical、architectural、convey & storage. In addition, the tooling can be manufactured with reverse engineering technics to meet the needs of our customers’ special production applications.

Products Features:

1.Injection mold’ 3D solid modeling is built by integral high-end CAD/CAM/CAE systems using the full

capability of mold design software. We can analyze the processed plastics material, calculate the flow-rate,

determine optimal runner and gate of each cavity, and simulate plastics flow to promoting injection output、

efficiency and product yield.

2.The cavity、core and parts of injection mold are made of anti-corrosion steel with special heat-treatment to

extend their life. We use scientific testing system keeps injection mold being finished in short time.

3.In the field of extrusion mold, we have full experiences of manufacturing window profile with rigid PVC and

PVC added wooden powder.

4.Through the feedback from the strict TQC system and discussion after testing, the data file will be kept

exactly to reduce testing times.

5.We have over 83 sets Toshiba injection machine from 2oz to 360oz and 118 sets CM、KMD & NPC type

extruder as well as more than 40 years manufacturing experiences of PVC; PP; ABS & PE products. We

will test the products and the formula offered by customers on our machine and figure out the optimizing

operation conditions, the customers can manger their mass production with the same conditions directly.
